Story
I’m Dmytro. I don’t come from software engineering. I come from running things: a supermarket as deputy head in Ukraine, enterprise support for Google Ads and Analytics at Majorel in Kraków, ad operations across five European and North American markets, a 10-person tattoo studio and its school as general manager in Vancouver, and a crew on construction sites as lead hand.
That’s the lens I build with. I take a process that lives in people’s heads and spreadsheets, decide what actually needs to exist, and assemble it from n8n, Claude, Notion, Airtable and APIs. The model makes one narrow judgment. The workflow engine does the rest. A person gets the cases a machine shouldn’t guess. Integration work rather than machine learning.
Since December 2025 I’ve been building MealPill solo: a trilingual meal-planning web app for immigrant families, from architecture to live Stripe payments. Smaller systems get tried first in my private lab.
01Principles
How I build
01. Decide what should exist first
An implementer builds what they are told. An architect decides what should be built. Most of my work happens before the first node: what the process is, where it breaks, what can stay manual.
02. The model gets one narrow seat
AI sits where there is something to judge. Triggers, retries, credentials and run history are the workflow engine’s job. A person gets the cases a machine shouldn’t guess.
03. State the limits
Every system ships with a plain list of what it does not do yet. The MealPill sheet has one.
04. Results, not code
I build in Claude Code under my own direction. What I bring is the working system and the decisions behind it.
