I architect systems out of chaos.
Scattered processes in, structured systems out. Automations, agents and Notion systems, built with an operator's lens, not a programmer's. Solo founder of MealPill.

How I work
I don't come from software engineering. I come from running things. That's the lens I build with.
1. Map the mess
Start with the process as it actually runs: in people's heads, inboxes and spreadsheets.
2. Decide what should exist
An implementer builds what they're told. An architect decides what should be built.
3. Put AI in one narrow seat
The model makes one narrow judgment. Triggers, retries, credentials and run history are the workflow engine's job.
4. Write down what it doesn't do
Every system ships with its limits stated: a plain list of what it does not do.

Latest notes
dimak.app: the domain, and one rule for numbers
Bought dimak.app on 24 September. One rule for the site: every number comes from one facts file, everything else is a dash.
One site as the hub, starting now
Decided to put the site up now instead of after the profiles. Every post needs one place to point to.
06 / Open for work and collaboration
Got a process that lives in spreadsheets and people's heads?
Tell me how it runs today. I'll tell you what I'd build, what I'd leave to a person, and what it would not do.
